Enjoy the winding scenic approach to Crosshaven as it skirts along the beautiful and historic "Drake's Pool", which dates back to 1580 when Sir Francis Drake was reputed to have sought shelter in the estuary from the Spaniards. Today the village is a hub of maritime activity with modern marinas and boatyards contributing to the ever changing seascapes which make Crosshaven so distinctly different.

Camden Fort, situated on the outskirts of the village, is worth a visit with its breathtaking views of Cork Harbour and Cobh, the last port of call for the ill-fated Titanic.

Sandy beaches and secluded coves, for an afternoon bathe or an evening stroll, are a short drive away. Outdoor activities in the vicinity include woodland walks, horse riding, cycling, golf, fishing, sailing and tennis. We are just a short riverside walk from Royal Cork Yacht Club, the World's oldest yacht club and surrounded by numerous top class golf clubs.

The diverse landscape, ranging from the beautiful unspoilt ruggedness of the West Cork coastline to the lakes and mountains of Killarney, never fail to delight even the most discerning visitor.
